Note: On June 18, 1953, the 36th FBS lost three pilots (Albert Hamilton, Raoul Mouton, Bill Stacy), the squadron flight surgeon (Kenneth Mayo), and several enlisted personnel, when a C-124 crashed soon after takeoff at Tachikawa AB, Japan, killing all 129 personnel aboard.
