This site is dedicated to the pilots of the
36th FBS, 8th FBG, who without fanfare, pounded the enemy
positions from the air on a continuous basis during the Korean War.

you will learn about the squadron's history, read some of the pilots'
stories, and learn about the aircraft they flew during this period of
time. You will also get to see colored photos from pilots who were in
the squadron during the spring and summer of 1953.
